Hello friends! Nothing like making a lovely mistake and publishing a newsletter when you only meant to save it! So I guess this edition is coming out on Wednesday night instead of Friday morning! (And this is why you are getting two emails because I didn’t mean to send it until Friday!) I said I was practicing trust…and so I am. Maybe I’ll send another on Friday…or maybe I won’t!
Sunrise, June 21, 2024 - A large bird, a smiling face, an angel, so much in these clouds!

We have splash down! (skimming through the water)
And then we create the splash!
After you’re done, you have to shake off the water. Chimney swift wings look very ragged when wet, but they seem to love to get wet!
Barn swallow says, “oh yeah, well watch this!”
Target locked.
Target acquired, with acceleration. (And golden wings!)

In a field of wildflowers. (tickseed, aka blanket flower)
Two flowers, two bees, and I think the little buds look like beads. (tickseed/blanket flower up close)

Hello friend vulture! I haven’t seen their youngsters yet but soon they will start to appear in large numbers.
Clouds, light, and moisture make a dreamy combination.

I’m still practicing trust as often as I can. Heading into the weekend with the thought, “even this will work out in wonderful ways I can’t imagine.”
