Hello friends! By the time this goes out the worst part of this colonoscopy week will be over. I am grateful for the technology that helps prevent colon cancer! I’m thankful for all the people that support me including all my friends here who commented and emailed me!
I’m also thankful for the birds, especially the crazy little boys at my hummingbird feeder who really helped me walk through this.

Personally, I’m hoping this week to just get back to feeling “normal” in my body this week. It’s amazing how much I appreciate “normal” even when normal is not perfect!
