Thank you Karen….putting words to your feelings…I’ve not been able to concentrate on much this week …feeling all the chaos and craziness happening in the world…and my car has been in the shop all week trying to get it fixed …thankfully Leslie loaned me her car so I could still pick up the granddaughters from school and take to their activities etc…got it back today and it’s running so good….🤞👍👏🚙
Thank you, Karen Davis, for this clear eyed assessment of where you find yourself just now. And how you experience the unrest and turmoil around us! There’s way too much of the latter.
A thorough taking stock of ourselves-our lives-doesn’t tear ourselves down. Rather it is how we build our present being and show the world who we are today. You did just that, letting friends and followers know. In turn you opened yourself to support and loving kindness.
PS, the sunrise was such a warm welcome by the new day. You captured a perfect image, or two, to help us feel the blessing. Thank you, Karen.
Your details beautify the conundrums we all face. You face them without hesitation and need no immediate answers. Are there any? Perhaps not. I'm ok in my soul.
No words to express the impact of this on my body & soul -so powerfully expressed through you- the way only you could. Thx you for this beautiful gift this morning in the midst of all the chaos, confusing rhetoric & fear circling. thx for inviting us into being human together & inviting the divine in. My hand was on my heart the whole time as I read & absorbed- Definitely will be returning again when I have more space to feel i to it.
I would say that the words found you, Karen. Life is a chaotic storm of feeling and growing and cells dividing and changing. When we can find moments of calm, when we can hear the voice saying "stay" as you did, we are living as fully as we can. Bless you for letting yourself be in the storm and giving us the gift of your words and photos. xo
Your “loss for words” was able to bring me to tears. You so beautifully captured the depth of both grief and of hope. Today is 25th anniversary of my father’s passing so this was a beautiful remembrance prayer for me this morning. The photos as always are stunning. Thank you Karen 🎼We shall overcome deep in my heart I do believe🎼
Thank you Julianne. Sending you so much love. This week is the 5th anniversary of my mother's passing and I have been feeling it for a couple weeks now.

Yeah, it's chaos. I'm glad you're car is working again! Love you!
Wonderfully expressed, both in word and image. Thank you.
You recall David Wagoner's poem:
Lost
Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,
I have made this place around you.
If you leave it, you may come back again, saying Here.
No trees are the same to Raven.
No two branches are the same to Wren.
If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you,
You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You must let it find you.

Thank you Eric! I love this poem and I had forgotten about it!
Though you were at a loss for words, those you shared carried light and lightness above the chaos, just the way birds fly. Absolutely beautiful Karen.
Thank you Alegria!
My pleasure Karen.
