Great advice to slow down as well. We miss so much as it is, moving slower feels better for the mind, body, and soul.

Love the photos - especially that Great Blue Heron - awesome angle while in flight.

I'd frame the heron to hang on the wall because you don't know what you're looking at immediately. And then you see his toes.
