Thanks, Karen, for reminding us of the beauty in the world.

I used my two extra minutes of sunlight today to replenish my body’s vitamin D reserves!

I love your point about the Winter Solstice allowing us to be introspective. I find myself in a much more meditative mood during this time as well.

Really enjoyed your photos - especially the photo from pre-sunrise December 12, 2023. Those colours with the purples, blues, oranges, and yellows are awesome.

Beautiful way to share winter solstice. Especially like the chocolatey goodness of the December 19th sunrise!

Wonderful reminder to embrace the darkness as a friend… beautiful pictures. Reminds me of David Whyte poems … I need to find them and read them again ❤️😍👍

Beautiful Karen- sending Soltice Blessings to you. May we let the darkness offer us deep rest and clear dreaming for ourselves and all of humankind.

Oriah, your books changed my life. When I would facilitate Enneagram workshops, I would begin with your poem, "The Invitation," as a starting point of the exploration. Sending you lots of love and wishes for wellness, joy, and peace.
