Beautiful pictures ❤️😍👍. We are enjoying our first 80 degree weather this week. It’s been very windy here in North Texas. Watched girls high school softball game … they lost 5-6 … playing district game (other team is in 1st place and we were 3rd place) and first 7th grade girls soccer game..(we lost 0-5)…..but it was all good… eclipse path is going right over us next week but weather forecast is for high clouds and possibly rain😳🤷♀️☹️
Does the mascot for the Mud Hens have BIG green feet? I would pay just to see that. It's sort of amazing how they keep their tootsies hidden most of the time. 😄
I do find humming and singing soothing. I read also that there is a difference in the brain reaction and physical gains of people who just walk in nature vs those who walk with a sense of discovery and awe. Value-added!

Revisiting drops of beauty after awhile and was reminded why I love it and that I should drop in more often. Lots of love.

Lovely. And oh wow the blue wing patch, so perfect in the cool light.
Love coots 😍 Was just reading today about how are local baseball team - the mud hens - are named for coots!
What a gift!
I enjoy studying your bird wing photos more than watching carrier deck landings on Top Gun! Those wings are magic, but beautiful magic.
Thank you for all the nature photos. I am away from my own natural settings for my daughter’s wedding, and I am missing the peace of my home.

What are we enjoying this week you ask? Enjoying reading your magical Substack for one!
