Hello friends! We made it through the storms with a lot of water but no other issues, for which I am grateful. The lake has gone from as low as I had seen it in a long while to as high as I have seen it in a while. It looks like it’s at least 3-4 feet higher than last week. I have lots of photos, even after not taking any photos for four days - and songbird migration is just starting!

Your “quips” remind me how similar we are and yet different from these miraculous flying birds. I recently read that the “bird brain” can dream and g-d knows what else we will discover.
