Beautiful, Karen, especially the baby horned lark. But it is sad to think his home is being destroyed.

Beautiful! Our bird houses were vacant this year. We had blue jays build a next in our front maple, but they seem to have left it. Bummer! I do so love the baby birds! 💚

May days of rest find you more often. I sense the good it has done for you. A little trick I sometimes use to protect something special in the garden, is to sprinkle it with some of my old spices or pepper. Gives me a good excuse to buy fresh cinnamon and the like. 😄
