I have a tattoo of a carib grackle on my thigh. Some of my favorite birds.

Just beautiful. I hope your booster goes well! Mine kicked my butt. Don't know how many more of those my body can take, but on the other hand it hated having Covid, too, so.

Sending you lots of healing waves -- thank you for always sending yours in the form of these photos.

It was a day of sleeping and Tylenol and then just a bit tired today. Easier than last time. I do hope they get easier and longer lasting and I don’t want Covid or flu any worse than it has to be.

Hey Chris - I thought of you today when I saw a post on Facebook about how to hide memories on Facebook. If you go to "memories" there are settings and you can either hide specific people or specific date ranges (which I think can include all of the dates). Just thought you might want to know, I think it was you who talked about that in a post once upon a time.

Thank you for this. I took the nuclear option and just blew up my Facebook account a few years ago with no plans to return, heh.

Well that works too! :)

I need to get my flu shot and Covid booster too!! I’ve been procrastinating 😳🙄☹️🤷🏻‍♀️

I get the unease and unsettled feelings…..have yet to feel comfortable in my apartment … just can’t adjust to so many people around me… spoiled by living in a house on a quiet street all my life……on the up side the mornings at least are usually quiet and peaceful 😊👍

I’m so sorry Sharon, I would have a hard time adjusting to so many people around too. Finding a way to feel at ease in your home is so important. And go get those shots! I was sick for a day, same as all the previous shots, but this time wasn’t as bad and Tylenol knocked out all but the fatigue.

Prayers ascending for your release from "dis-ease," and that you are not suffering after effects from your vaccinations. Your photos continue to provide me with mindful calm -- a form of visio divina for my soul. Blessings!

Thank you Lauren. Yesterday I felt terrible but much better today.

I had my Covid Booster and flu jab a week ago, no major side effects although the flu jab seemed to provoke more of a reaction, I wonder if this is because I had Covid in August so my immune system was more familiar with that? Anyway hope all went well and you’ve had no major side effects
