Thank you Jeanne! I'm not sure if I can say I "am a Buddhist" but I've been practicing with a sangha for a year and learning from the wisdom tradition via lots of resources (Thich Naht Hahn, Joan Halifax, Tara Brach, etc.). I find there's a lot there that resonates.
