I've been dealing with some stuff that I just want to be over with yet life keeps telling me to wait and be patient. So hard!

I know that kinglet stare--and you captured it perfectly. A lovely piece, Karen.

Patience is a big part of photography, waiting for the story to come together in the viewfinder. I too have noted the changing of the sunrise, not only the time, but also itโ€™s place on the horizon. Iโ€™ve gotten quieter to not disturb the birds as I walk the deer trails to find the spot to watch the sun joyfully return. I think of you, and wonder if you wander through deer trails? Such a blessing to connect to nature and itโ€™s harmony ๐Ÿ™

Lovely ๐Ÿฅฐ Iโ€™ve been thinking pretty much the same & looking to nature too. Uncertainty is draining. Nature can fill your cup. Thanks for sharing your thoughts & photos ๐Ÿ’–

The winter has barely visited my garden this year: two hard frosts, and the narcissi are just about to bloom..

Thank you for this beautiful post
