And it's okay to be tired, to just sit and let nature fill you up without needing to document or share anything. Take your time. We'll still be here when you're ready to return with words and images of joy and beauty.
What a wonderful reminder from wise ducks! In my 60's I switched from yoga to qigong, because my tendency to overextend began to cause injury. I was delighted when my instructor recommended doing qigong at 70% of capacity, holding 30% in reserve. Wise advice!
Thank you for practicing listening to your body. It's depressing how our culturally learned behavior teaches us to ignore those signals in order to be "more productive." And it's inspiring to realize how much body wisdom we carry that can help us find a more sustainable rhythm and a more sustainable life. Blessings and a restful hug to you!
Yes to all of this. Also, I’m drawing birds out of a guide, starting with the color black and, yes, the crows, the coots, the grackles are so much more than just black!
Karen, Thank you for some of the best efforts! Perhaps your true self emerges at times of letting-go. I am grateful for such grace ... the life, the colors today were inspirational! Gary Riggs.

Already started to worry. Sending healing thoughts and a warm (masked) hug. Hope to always be learning until the end of days.
